Cobholm Primary Academy

Salary: Leadership Group Pay Range L7-12
Permanent, full time
Starting January or April 2019

Cobholm Primary Academy is on the verge of great things and we’re looking for a dynamic and flexible vice principal to help us on the next stage of our journey.

You will be serious about changing lives and outcomes for young people and be keen to develop as a member of the senior leadership team. You will have experience of working in raising achievement across the primary phase but with a particular strength in Key Stage 2, with your passion for supporting children in class matched by your desire to build on your leadership skills and make a strategic difference across a whole school.

You will be passionate about our vision of creating a truly excellent school that is characterised by intellectual rigour in every classroom and enrichment that broadens the school experience, supporting every child to achieve their full potential. You will be familiar with how to run a highly successful school, and capable both of setting strategy and implementing effectively.

This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to shape a growing school that aspires to transform educational standards for its own students and beyond.

As part of the Inspiration Trust, the academy benefits from a wide range of support. We are introducing a knowledge-rich curriculum across our schools, with a nationally recognised team of subject specialist leaders acting as catalyst. Together with our school subject leaders they are shaping a move from late-stage intervention to confident, broad curricula from nursery up.

We are committed to offering excellent professional opportunities and learning opportunities for our staff, through careful support and personalised professional development. If you would like to join us on our journey to ensure every child has the best start in education we would be delighted to hear from you.

Visits to the school are warmly encouraged - please email to make an appointment.
